
FORNEBU, Norway, March 4, 2025 — DDW Offshore AS (“DDW Offshore”), a subsidiary of Akastor ASA (OSE: AKAST), has finalized a binding agreement to sell the vessel “Skandi Peregrino” for USD 25 million, effective today. The agreement, based on Saleform 2012 terms with appropriate amendments, is subject to the charterer’s approval for completion.
The transaction is anticipated to close in Q2 2025. Approximately USD 10 million of the proceeds will be allocated to reduce DDW Offshore’s debt proportionally, leaving a remaining debt of around USD 19 million.
Following the completion of the sale, Akastor ASA plans to distribute a considerable portion of the net proceeds, roughly USD 15 million, to its shareholders as a cash dividend.
