
SHANGHAI, Feb. 27, 2025 — The 27th edition of Bakery China is set to raise the bar for the industry when it takes place from May 19-22 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. The event boasts an expanded exhibition space of 330,000 square meters and expects to welcome over 400,000 visitors from more than 130 countries, with the participation of over 2,200 exhibitors featuring thousands of brands from nearly 30 countries and regions.

Since its inception in 1997, Bakery China has grown into the world’s largest bakery exhibition and a premier platform for brands seeking to enter the Chinese and Asian markets. This year’s event will showcase an extensive array of products, including numerous new releases. International brands, primarily from Western Europe, North America, and Asia, will constitute over 20% of the exhibitors.
