TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2024 – First Capital REIT (“First Capital”) (TSX: FCR.UN) announced that it will distribute $0.072 per REIT unit for September, equivalent to an annualized rate of $0.86 per REIT unit. The distribution will be paid on October 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as of September 30, 2024.
