CALGARY, AB, January 30, 2025 – Genesis Land Development Corp. (TSX: GDC) (“Genesis”) announced the retirement of Wayne King, Senior Vice President, Information Systems & Special Projects, and Arnie Stefaniuk, Vice President, Regional Planning, effective January 31, 2025.

Genesis CEO, Iain Stewart, acknowledged Mr. King’s significant contributions since 2017, serving as Chief Financial Officer until 2023 and then as SVP. He expressed gratitude for King’s instrumental role in the company’s growth.

Mr. Stewart also praised Arnie Stefaniuk‘s pivotal role since 2000 in shaping thriving communities. He highlighted Stefaniuk’s leadership and vision in land development, leaving a lasting impact on the Calgary area.
