This 51-unit active-adult community, situated in Monroe, Georgia, near Atlanta, was purchased by GCP’s sixth investment fund, Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI, LLC and its affiliates. This acquisition expands GCP’s national senior living portfolio, managed by its wholly owned operating platform, True Connection Communities, to 20 communities encompassing roughly 3,200 units.

Its strong local reputation and consistently high occupancy make it a valuable addition. This gated community was a key acquisition target due to its desirable location and appealing single-story cottage design. This brings our senior living portfolio to approximately 650 cottages. We are actively seeking opportunities to acquire or develop similar communities to grow our senior cottage portfolio.”
