CALGARY, AB, Oct. 18, 2024 – Horizon Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company” or “Horizon”) (TSXV: HPL.H) is pleased to announce that it has received the final concession documentation for the Bielsko-Biala and Cieszyn concessions (the Concessions) located in southwest Poland from the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment (” the Ministry”). This follows the company’s press release dated September 12, 2024. Horizon has signed the documentation and submitted it to the Ministry for the Minister’s signature.

As previously stated in the company’s press release dated May 14, 2024, the applications for these concessions were submitted through Horizon’s two wholly owned subsidiary companies in Poland which will be the parties to the concession licenses.
