“Karma Sauce Rockets Into the Spotlight Again, as Lift Off and Los Calientes Rojo Shine on Hot Ones Season 26!”

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Jan. 20, 2025 — Karma Sauce is thrilled to announce that its Lift Off and Los Calientes Rojo sauces will be featured on Season 26 of the popular YouTube show, Hot Ones. This marks Karma Sauce’s fifth appearance on the show, where celebrities are interviewed by host Sean Evans while eating progressively spicier wings. Season 26 premieres Thursday, January 23, and runs through March. Celebrity guests will be revealed weekly.

Karma Sauce’s newest offering, Lift Off, boasts a mild heat level and a delicious blend of green chile, coconut, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and Thai basil. “Gene from Karma Sauce has a knack for sourcing high-quality global ingredients that make his sauces so unique,” Sean Evans noted. “It’s citrusy, it’s aromatic and then it has this green chili base that’s just above mild,” Evans added. The overall taste is described as distinctly Thai.

The Rochester, NY-based company has a strong presence on the show with Los Calientes, a popular sauce line also created by Karma Sauce. Initially a Verde sauce collaboration with Heatonist’s Noah Chaimberg, the Los Calientes line now includes three variations, including Rojo, which is also featured in Season 26. Host Sean Evans described the Rojo variation as “…a bestselling sauce for a reason.” Karma founder Gene Olczak said, “When I first proposed Los Calientes Rojo to Heatonist, I never expected it to become their top-selling product. It’s been incredible to see what Noah and the Heatonist team have achieved,” Olczak added.

Past Hot Ones guests, including Bobby Flay, Gordon Ramsay, and Shia LaBeouf, have shared their thoughts on Karma Sauce and the Los Calientes line:

“I like that! Nice and smoky and fiery…It’s delicious. It’s really, really good.” ~Bobby Flay after trying Los Calientes Barbacoa.

“That’s quite nice. I like that,”It’s quite zesty.”…”It’s starting to move to the armpits. I’m sweating,” ~ Gordon Ramsay, sampling Los Calientes.

“I look so sad, right dude, I look like you just beat me up… I got another tear” ~ Shia LaBeouf, crying while trying Burn After Eating

Karma sauces are available at various retail locations across the United States, including select Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Price Chopper/Market 32 stores, as well as KarmaSauce.com and Amazon. The new Lift Off sauce is exclusively available through Heatonist.com until March 2025.
