(the “Company”) (CBOE CA: BTQ) (FSE: NG3) (OTCQX: BTQQF), a global quantum technology company focused on securing mission-critical networks, is announcing via this press release that Olivier Roussy Newton is reporting the acquisition of 150,000 common shares (the “Common Shares”) of BTQ Technologies Corp. which occurred on February 19, 2025. These Common Shares were purchased at a price of $3.4257 each, totaling $513,855 in cash.

Before this acquisition, Mr. Olivier Roussy Newton had beneficial ownership or control of 42,000,000 Common Shares, which equaled about 31.82% of all outstanding Common Shares (without dilution).

After the acquisition, Mr. Olivier Roussy Newton now has beneficial ownership or control of 42,150,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 31.93% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares (on a non-diluted basis).
