
The spring menu welcomes back popular seasonal choices and introduces a new Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad.
ST. LOUIS, April 16, 2025 — Panera Bread is innovating the dining experience once more with the debut of their new Croissant Toast sandwiches. As of April 16th, the Croissant Toast Sandwiches are headlining a refreshed spring lunch and dinner menu, which also includes the new Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad. Also returning to Panera® cafes nationwide are customer favorites like the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and Mexican Street Corn Chowder.
The Croissant Toast Sandwiches, the highlight of the spring offerings, feature a unique bread made from croissant dough. This gives the sandwiches a toasty, buttery flavor and a satisfying crispness. For a limited time, customers can select from two options:
- Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast: A reimagined ham and cheese sandwich featuring Black Forest ham, melted provolone and asiago cheeses, and a caramelized onion and gruyere spread.
- Fromage Croissant Toast: A simple classic transformed into something special with melted provolone and American cheeses, caramelized onions, arugula, and garlic aioli.
