WAUKEGAN, Ill., Jan. 22, 2025 — UCC Environmental, a global leader in sustainable engineered solutions for various industries, has promoted Kevin L. McDonough to President and Robert K. Koleno to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Andrew Warrington remains CEO. These appointments reflect the company’s growth and commitment to excellence.

McDonough, as President, will lead strategic planning, business development, and maintaining UCC’s reputation. With over 25 years at UCC, he has overseen significant revenue growth and strategic market expansion, forging key industry partnerships. He emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and employee support.

He has overseen the successful completion of over 1,000 contracts.
