Lamudi Online Housing Fair in the Philippines, A Big Hit Among Desktop and Smartphone Users!

As the Philippines’ first and largest online housing fair organized by Lamudi attracted interested property seekers, the virtual event’s closing ceremony paid tribute to all partners, from real estate developers to media outlets and webinar speakers.
Lamudi Online Housing Fair became a magnet for property seekers all over the Philippines and abroad, with a sizable portion using desktops as they search for their dream home.
With a laptop or a personal computer, it’s easier to compare house or condo offerings and even learn more about specific real estate projects by the biggest developers and even just pag ibig foreclosed properties as the details are laid out in multiple browser tabs.
On top of that, a desktop experience allows more information to be presented upfront in just one frame, which again helps property seekers who are seriously interested in making a big-ticket purchase, such as a property.
Interestingly, data gathered by Lamudi from the Online Housing Fair revealed that the majority of the property seekers who viewed the listings were females. In terms of age group, the 25 to 34 bracket took the lead, with the 35 to 44 age cluster following suit.
The majority of the top five projects in terms of pageviews were condominiums located in Metro Manila. Meanwhile, the top five projects when it comes leads were horizontal developments outside Metro Manila, mostly in the Central Luzon and CALABARZON region.
