With this recent lease agreement, Matan has leased a significant portion of the project. However, 8484 Progress Drive, along with the adjacent property at 8480 Progress Drive, still offers 280,000 square feet of available space within multiple buildings. These spaces are designed for maximum flexibility, accommodating a variety of office, R&D, and technology-oriented tenants.
