Vipul Raval has been named Chief Technology and Information Security Officer (CTISO). With over 25 years of experience in fostering innovation, developing secure software, and managing enterprise IT, Vipul brings considerable expertise in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Lisa Horning has been named General Counsel. Lisa brings extensive legal knowledge and will act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team. Furthermore, Sharon Siegel Voelzke, CEO of SSV Advisors LLC, has been appointed to Vertex’s Board of Directors. Andee Harris has also joined Vertex’s Board of Directors. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and professional services, Andee has guided numerous firms through acquisitions and exits, including Challenger Inc. and HighGround Software. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the Kellogg School of Management.
