(SeaPRwire) –   OSLO, Norway, March 30, 2026 — We refer to the extraordinary general meeting of Aker Horizons ASA (under liquidation) (the “Company”) that took place on 26 February 2026, during which the resolution to liquidate the Company was passed.

In compliance with section 16-6 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, the Board of Directors of the Company has drawn up a liquidation balance sheet dated 28 February 2026. This balance sheet has undergone an audit by the Company’s auditor. Attached to this notice are both the balance sheet and the auditor’s report. As mandated by the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, these documents will be provided to the Company’s shareholders before the final liquidation and can be accessed at the Company’s registered office.

Attention is also drawn to the announcement from Oslo Børs on 18 March 2026 concerning the delisting of the Company’s shares from Euronext Oslo Børs, effective 20 April 2026, with the final trading day set for 17 April 2026. After the delisting takes effect, the Company will exclusively publish shareholder communications on its website, www.akerhorizons.com, until the liquidation is finalized. These communications will include notices for general meetings, annual accounts, details on the final liquidation accounts, and any proposed liquidation dividends.
