A worldwide fitness phenomenon with deep GCC connections brought together more than 180 participants from multiple continents.

DUBAI, UAE, Dec. 9, 2025 — Baqar’s Premier League 2025 energized Imperial Towers in Tardeo, assembling more than 180 attendees from India, the Middle East, GCC, Asia, America, and Europe — both in-person and online — for an intense Cardio Night that included spinning, strength, core, agility, and flexibility workouts. Originally a local fitness project, it has now transformed into a multi-national wellness campaign. This year’s event featured a lively contest between Team Spartans and Team Gladiators.

Under the guidance of the acclaimed fitness coach, famous in both India and the UAE, the event attracted participants ranging from 9 to 79 years old, demonstrating that physical activity knows no age limits. The atmosphere was further electrified by special guests DJ Akbar Sami and Actor Arjun Bijlani, who fueled rhythm-based endurance routines that encouraged attendees to surpass their comfort zones and discover their potential.

An advocate for inclusive fitness in the GCC, Baqar creates tailored programs for people dealing with asthma, diabetes, cancer recovery, PCOD, hormonal imbalances, mobility issues, and other lifestyle-related health concerns. Honored as the ‘Fitness Doctor’ by The Economic Times in 2018, Baqar also serves as Director at Topspin India Healthcare, where he advances scientific, outcome-oriented training methodologies.

His flagship programs are fostering vibrant international communities, especially in the UAE and GCC region:

  • Bike with Baqar – A virtual cycling program featuring endurance and hill climbs that can burn up to 900 calories per workout, popular with cycling enthusiasts in the Middle East.
  • Solo Sweat Challenge – A strength and mobility regimen that burns up to 700 calories per session, active among fitness groups in India and the GCC.

This year’s event held special significance, tracing a journey from Mumbai to Dubai, across the globe, and back to its origins.

“My foundation was built in Mumbai, but Dubai and the GCC transformed this into an international fitness community,” stated Baqar Nasser. “Seeing participants of every age group exercising together from the UAE to India and further afield shows that fitness transcends borders. Our goal is straightforward — to promote stronger bodies, sharper minds, and better lives.”

The occasion was jointly presented with The Imperial Club by The Leela, reflecting a common commitment to comprehensive well-being and fitness as a lifestyle.
