This transition is part of a wider governance update. Marc Prikazsky has chosen to appoint a Deputy CEO and adopt a dual leadership model, assuming the role of Executive Chairman to focus on long-term strategy. Meanwhile, Sébastien Huron will oversee the Group’s operations and lead the Executive Committee.

Enhancing strategic and operational focus
In his capacity as Executive Chairman, Marc Prikazsky will prioritize Ceva’s long-term objectives. This includes nurturing investor relations, driving innovation centered on customers, cultivating new leadership, and expanding the company’s impact on global issues.

A global profile and proven leadership
Sébastien Huron, a veterinarian and graduate of the National Veterinary School of Toulouse, started his professional journey in 1994 at Mars Inc. in France within the pet food marketing department. He then relocated to Brazil to work for Roussel-Uclaf / Hoechst Roussel Vet, spending six years in leadership positions involving R&D, marketing, and business development across Latin America.
He moved to the U.S. in 2000 to work for Intervet, serving as Director of the North American Market Development Group and later as Director of the Companion Animals Business Team.
Returning to Europe in 2006, he managed Southern Europe for Virbac and became Area Director for Europe in 2008. He eventually joined the Executive Board as Head of Global Business Operations and served as Virbac’s CEO from 2017 to 2024, overseeing a period of significant organic growth.
With three decades of international experience, Huron possesses extensive knowledge in R&D, marketing, strategy, general management, and industrial operations.
He is known for his inclusive leadership style, global perspective, and dedication to customer needs.
