
YEREVAN, Armenia, Oct. 17, 2024 — Colliers Project Leaders, Middle East, a leading diversified project management firm, has been awarded the contract to provide comprehensive project management services for Armenia’s new World Trade Center in Yerevan, valued at approximately USD 250 million. This project, a public-private partnership between the Armenian government and Renshin Ltd., is designed to be a cutting-edge mixed-use development, encompassing commercial spaces, offices, retail outlets, hotels and exhibition halls. Colliers, renowned for its expertise in real estate and project management, has a successful track record of delivering large-scale, high-profile projects, including the World Trade Center in Bengaluru, India.
