LAS VEGAS, Dec. 29, 2025 — Equanimity AI announced today that Beacon, a one – of – its – kind AI – operated operating system specifically designed for chronic pain clinics, will make its debut at the 2026 North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) Annual Meeting in Las Vegas from January 22nd to 25th, 2026.

Beacon is developed to tackle one of the most long – standing challenges in pain care: fragmented data, heavy administrative workload, and limited understanding of how pain progresses between patient visits. The platform puts the biopsychosocial model into practice by continuously collecting and organizing various patient signals into structured, long – term clinical insights, without adding extra work for clinicians or staff.

Different from single – purpose solutions that deal with isolated tasks, Beacon serves as a fundamental operating system for pain clinics. It centralizes patient admission, long – term monitoring, visit preparation, documentation support, care team coordination, and complex operational processes, including the automation of remote therapeutic monitoring.

“Pain is not just a single data point. It is a dynamic, biopsychosocial process that develops over time,” said Erez Levanon, Co – Founder and CEO of Equanimity AI. “Beacon was created to mirror how pain behaves in the real world and to provide clinics with a system that can turn continuous patient signals into practical and useful clinical insights.”

Beacon arranges patient – reported results, voice – based indicators, signals from wearables, and daily context information into understandable trends across physical, emotional, behavioral, and sleep aspects. These insights are directly integrated into clinic workflows to assist in decision – making, documentation, and team collaboration.

“Clinicians don’t need more dashboards. They need clear information,” said Dr. William Rosenberg, Chief Medical Officer of Equanimity AI and a neurosurgeon specializing in pain and neuromodulation. “Beacon offers providers a structured, long – term view of each patient’s pain experience, making it easier to prepare for visits, track changes over time, and focus on patient care rather than paperwork.”

Beacon is already in use at clinical pilot sites in the United States, where clinics are leveraging the platform to support daily patient monitoring, automated visit preparation, and documentation assistance among multidisciplinary teams.

“From an engineering perspective, Beacon is designed as an infrastructure,” said Sam Hazak, Co – Founder and CTO of Equanimity AI. “It integrates with existing clinic workflows, reduces the burden of documentation, and ensures that all members of the care team are on the same page regarding the patient’s situation.”

Equanimity AI will present Beacon live at Booth 543 in the NANS 2026 Expo Hall. Clinicians, partners, and the media are welcome to schedule a meeting in advance or drop by the booth to learn more and access a special early – access program.
