GLOUCESTER, Va., Jan. 9, 2026 — The Gloucester Arts Festival is set to commemorate its 10th anniversary in 2026, celebrating ten years of art, creativity, and community in Gloucester.
Since its inception, the festival has evolved into a beloved annual tradition, showcasing hundreds of artists, attracting thousands of visitors, and emphasizing how the arts unite people. The anniversary celebration pays tribute to the artists, volunteers, sponsors, and community members who have contributed to the festival’s growth over the past decade.
“This milestone celebrates our community,” stated Shandie Covington, Festival Director. “For a decade, the Gloucester Arts Festival has been shaped by artists sharing their creations, volunteers dedicating their time, and audiences returning each year. This anniversary honors that collaborative spirit and the creative energy it has nurtured.”
The 10th anniversary initiative, A Decade of Art, will include retrospective festival highlights, featured artists, and community narratives, complemented by special anniversary branding woven throughout the celebration.
Admission tickets for the 10th anniversary festival will be available starting January 1.
