
TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2025 – H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (“H&R REIT” or the “REIT”) (TSX: HR.UN) has today announced the following distributions.
Monthly Distribution Declared
H&R has today declared a distribution for the month of December, with details as follows:

2025 Special Distribution
The REIT has also today declared a special distribution of $0.15 per Unit. This distribution will be paid in Units to Unitholders who are on record as of December 31, 2025.
The special distribution is primarily intended to pass on to Unitholders the taxable income the REIT generated from transactions finalized during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Right after the special distribution is completed, the REIT’s outstanding Units will undergo a consolidation. This consolidation will ensure each Unitholder holds the same number of Units post-consolidation as they did before the special distribution. The value of the special distribution will increase the tax cost basis of Unitholders’ consolidated Units.
The REIT warns that the statements above are not meant to be, nor should they be interpreted as, legal or tax guidance for any Unitholder. The REIT advises Unitholders to consult their personal tax advisors about the income tax implications of this planned special distribution and associated Unit consolidation.
Earnings Release
H&R has also announced it will publish its financial results for the three-month period and full year ending December 31, 2025 on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Management will lead a conference call to review these results on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
