
BRAMPTON, ON, March 2, 2026 – MDA Space Ltd. (TSX: MDA) today announced the resignation of Alison Alfers from its Board of Directors, citing unforeseen family reasons. Her resignation will take effect on March 3, 2026.
Since joining the board in 2022, Ms. Alfers has been a highly valued member, providing support throughout a phase of significant expansion for the company.
“Alison’s leadership, insight, and commitment have been instrumental in guiding MDA Space through a time of intensive transformation and delivery,” stated Brendan Paddick, Chair of the Board. “We sincerely appreciate her efforts and offer our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to her and her family.”
The Board of Directors will now commence the search for a new member to fill the vacant position.
