Mr. Hochuli boasts over 30 years of executive leadership experience in life sciences, medical devices, and biologics manufacturing. He joins Millrock at a critical juncture in the company’s trajectory and will be instrumental in furthering Millrock’s goal to become the most trusted innovator of advanced lyophilization and processing technologies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Most recently, Mr. Hochuli held the position of President at a biologics-focused entity that provided cellular materials and end-to-end services to biotech and biopharmaceutical clients. In this role, he oversaw a thorough operational and strategic overhaul, enhancing financial performance, reconfiguring workflows, and setting the organization up for long-term viability. Earlier in his career, he successfully navigated a private equity-backed life sciences manufacturing business through rapid operational expansion and a strategic exit.
Mr. Hochuli’s professional background includes senior leadership positions at both growth-focused and global organizations, encompassing oversight of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
