STOCKHOLM, Sept. 24, 2024 — Sandvik AB’s 2020 Annual General Meeting established guidelines for the Nomination Committee, which remain in effect until the General Meeting decides otherwise. According to these guidelines, the committee is composed of members appointed by the four largest shareholders based on voting rights as of the last banking day of August, along with the Board Chairman (serving as convenor).
The Nomination Committee has been constituted and comprises the following members:
- Fredrik Lundberg, AB Industrivärden, Chairman of the Nomination Committee
- Daniel Kristiansson, Alecta
- Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Funds
- Lars Pettersson, Lundbergs
- Johan Molin, Sandvik’s Chairman of the Board
The Nomination Committee is responsible for formulating proposals for the 2025 Annual General Meeting, encompassing the Meeting Chairman, the number of Board members, Board member fees, the election of Board members and the Board Chairman, auditor remuneration, auditor selection, and, if necessary, proposed changes to the Nomination Committee guidelines.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 29, 2025 in Sandviken, Sweden.
