CLEVELAND, Jan. 28, 2026 — Standard Wellness Holdings, LLC (“Standard Wellness”), a cannabis operator with multi-state operations and an expanding retail presence, has appointed Kate Ols as Vice President of Retail, bolstering its executive leadership team. Ols will direct the strategic planning and implementation of the Company’s dispensary operations, prioritizing operational uniformity, scalable expansion, and enhanced customer experiences across all markets.

Ols will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Jared Maloof and work closely with regional and store-level managers to enhance retail systems, promote workforce development, and ensure every dispensary embodies Standard Wellness’s values and dedication to quality service.
