Sticker Ventures provides a focused approach, extensive industry experience, and wide-reaching global connections to early-stage Israeli consumer startups.
TEL AVIV, Israel, July 8, 2025 — Sticker Ventures, a newly formed early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to Israeli-founded consumer startups, today announced the initial closing of its $50 million inaugural fund. Co-founded by Daniel Cohen and Oren Charnoff, Sticker aims to back Israeli entrepreneurs developing solutions in categories such as consumer applications, online marketplaces, AI-powered services, and e-commerce brands.

The fund participates in early funding rounds and collaborates closely with founders to expand product lines, enhance brand presence, and accelerate growth. This is achieved by leveraging its capital, market entry expertise, and strategic support derived from its limited partner (LP) base, which includes seasoned consumer investors and entrepreneurs.
Daniel Cohen, a veteran venture capitalist and former General Partner at Viola Ventures and Gemini Israel Ventures, has supported companies such as Lightricks, Minute Media, Outbrain, and VGames over his 25-year career. Oren Charnoff is an angel investor and former investor at Hanaco Ventures, who also achieved a successful exit with Fondue to Postscript. Together, they established Sticker Ventures to address a clear void in the Israeli market: the need for focused, early-stage support for Israeli consumer startups.
“The consumer sector in Israel is finally experiencing its breakthrough moment,” stated Daniel Cohen, General Partner of Sticker Ventures. “While approximately 20% of Israeli startups target consumers, they receive only a fraction of venture capital funding. Recent successful exits, including Oddity, eToro, Superplay, and Resident, indicate significant market momentum. Our fund was established to become the primary venture capital partner for Israeli B2C founders.”
Sticker’s limited partner (LP) roster features a diverse group of accomplished entrepreneurs, General Partners from leading VC firms in both the US and Israel, family offices, and several venture capital funds making direct investments. The team also comprises Ophere Evan serving as an Analyst and Gil Eyal, based in NY, as the firm’s inaugural Venture Partner.
Eli Barkat, co-founder of BRM Group and a Sticker LP, commented: “Our own B2C ventures, such as eToro and Moovit, have shown us a clear void in the Israeli consumer venture capital landscape. Given our long-standing relationship with Danny and Oren, we are convinced that Sticker will rapidly emerge as the preferred VC for all Israeli consumer entrepreneurs.”
“Entrepreneurs in the consumer sector seek partners deeply immersed in the consumer space,” said Ran Reske, co-founder at Resident, co-founder at Inner Balance, and a Sticker LP. “Sticker has been specifically designed to cater to this market. Founders recognize its unique value.”
Oren Charnoff, General Partner of Sticker Ventures, shared: “There is considerable excitement surrounding the current landscape. Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing consumer products, Generation Z is establishing fresh expectations, and e-commerce is achieving significant success when built upon solid foundations. These are the areas we are committed to supporting.”
