This presentation will detail a vision-language foundation model created to unify MRI metadata from various sites, vendors, and protocols, tackling a major obstacle for large providers operating multiple imaging centers. The research also assesses how various training setups, such as NVIDIA’s BREV cloud infrastructure, affect the iteration process in model development.

This study explores the benefits of AI-enhanced MR images and optimized inference pipelines for boosting both the accuracy and operational effectiveness of dementia classification models.

• Analyzed dementia classification models using standard MR images against those using SubtleHD-enhanced images
   
• Tested inference optimized with TensorRT on:

• TensorRT increased inference speed by 3.1 to 5.7 times, resulting in quicker processing for clinical operations

  • SubtleHD-enhanced AUC: 0.968
