Tagit will become part of TSI Group, a Chennai, India-based division of Juniper Group. This deal marks the third acquisition TSI Group has completed since joining Juniper Group in 2020, and its second in the core market of India. TSI Group—already serving some of the world’s top financial institutions via TSI and SysArc—will strengthen its value proposition to customers using Tagit’s innovative solutions; in turn, those customers will benefit from Juniper Group’s and Vela Software’s core market knowledge and industry expertise.

Headquartered in Singapore, Tagit’s core offering is the Mobeix Digital Banking Platform, an open API, cloud-native solution complemented by a suite of ready-to-launch digital banking products including retail banking, corporate banking, family banking, and digital onboarding.

Tagit’s scalable, tested solutions allow banks to efficiently process over US$100 billion in annual transactions, speed up time-to-market for new services, and deliver secure, personalized user experiences without relying on large in-house development teams.
