Leveraging this ecological importance, the Cangzhou International Communication Center has initiated the Nandagang International Photo Competition to foster worldwide discussion on wetland ecosystems and biodiversity preservation, calling for photographic narratives that enhance public awareness and support collective efforts to safeguard Earth’s natural legacy.
A prestigious jury underpins the competition, highlighted by two iconic photojournalism figures: Nick Ut and Ringo Chiu. Their involvement underscores the event’s dedication to visual narrative and environmental protection. They are accompanied by an esteemed group of global specialists: Michael Nelson (USA), Albert Dros (Netherlands), Marcio Cabral (Brazil), and Marlondag (Peru).
