He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Master Franchise Operations at Vanguard Cleaning Systems, where he played a key role in boosting revenue and annual growth. His leadership at Vanguard aligns with Zoom Drain’s values, as he cultivated a collaborative environment among 40 master franchise owners in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring profitability, strategic advancement, and efficient operations.

Before Vanguard, Foley was President and Managing Partner at California Closets’ Bay Area franchise, where he managed a team of 55 and led initiatives to improve sales, installation accuracy, and the customer experience. His expertise in franchise operations, business development, strategic planning, and brand management, along with his results-oriented leadership, has made him a respected figure in franchising and a valuable addition to the Zoom Drain leadership team.
