The casino, situated near Acrisure Stadium on the North Shore, is advertising its garage as a convenient option for fans wanting quick access to the draft events. The four-day pass is valid from April 22 through April 25 and permits unlimited entry and exit. This flexibility is highlighted as a major benefit for attendees visiting multiple spots during the draft.

While the base price is high, casino representatives state that the bundle provides a significant discount compared to daily rates during the festivities. Those who do not book in advance may face costs of approximately $250 per day, with stricter rules like no re-entry and limited spots. Total costs for the full package, including taxes and fees, can exceed $550.

The decision to implement premium pricing is based on massive expected demand. The NFL Draft is projected to attract hundreds of thousands of fans, marking Pittsburgh’s first time hosting the event in decades. With the main attractions located near the stadium and Point State Park, parking in the immediate area is expected to be very limited.

Limited Availability and Heavy Traffic Increase Parking Costs

Rivers Casino’s parking structure features multiple levels and can hold thousands of vehicles, making it one of the closest large garages to the main draft site. This proximity is a key driver of the pricing strategy, as convenience is expected to outweigh the cost for many visitors.

In addition to the pricing, the casino has implemented specific regulations for the event. All parking transactions will be electronic, eliminating cash payments. Customers purchasing the multi-day pass will receive a digital permit via email, which must be shown each time they enter or leave.
