Throughout 2025, Jones’ work was guided by the Impact Multiplier™ model, a philanthropic framework that merges financial investment with strategic advice, creative assistance, operational know-how, and access to a robust ecosystem of knowledge and networks. By purposefully integrating capital with culture, community, and capacity development, this approach aims to enhance results and broaden the impact of each investment.

Enhancing educational access remained a key priority throughout the year. One of the most notable commitments was a $6 million investment in Cardozo School of Law by Kwanza Jones and José E. Feliciano, her life and business partner, which supports clinical education and expands access to hands-on legal training. Designed to link more students directly to community-focused practice, this pledge emphasizes creating long-term pathways that prepare future leaders through experience, not just theory.

This dedication to educational access and institutional strength extended to Bennett College with a philanthropic investment of $1.5 million, backing the college’s mission to educate and empower women leaders while safeguarding the legacy of historically important institutions.

For Jones, 2025 saw a notable expansion of her cultural leadership with the launch of the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano Initiative’s Producing Partners Program, an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration with chosen cultural institutions by combining capital with creative partnerships, strategic support, and long-term engagement. The Apollo was chosen as the 2025 Producing Partner, reflecting a shared goal of advancing culture as a driver of access, influence, and community.

The collaboration between Jones and The Apollo resulted in the announcement of Culture In Motion™ on December 2, a launching in January 2026 that extends The Apollo’s nearly century-long legacy to communities nationwide. The initiative brings creativity, community, and cultural stewardship into a more extensive national dialogue. More details at

Throughout 2025, strategic guidance, creative collaboration, and long-term partnership were integral to every commitment, reflecting an approach grounded in alignment and sustainability.

The upcoming Year In Review video will provide an in-depth look at how Jones approaches leadership and impact, highlighting a year defined by resilience, focused commitment, and the belief that lasting change is built through intentional design, not haste.
