With more than 25 years of experience, Michael has played a key role in building, scaling, and commercializing next-generation network platforms. His new position represents a major advancement for Activeport as it seeks to accelerate international revenue growth, expand recurring software offerings, and broaden its global network of channel partners and collaborators.

Most recently, Michael served seven years at PCCW Global, where he was instrumental in developing the Console Connect platform into the industry’s top-rated, award-winning software-defined Network-as-a-Service solution. He oversaw the worldwide go-to-market strategy and acted as the business lead for product development, introducing features such as Data Centre Interconnect, direct cloud connectivity, Multi-Cloud integration, CloudRouter, Internet on Demand, and the Console Marketplace. Under his leadership, the platform expanded into over 60 countries and connected more than 1,200 data centers.

Michael is widely recognized for his innovative approach, strategic insight, and strong commercial execution skills, with deep knowledge across carrier, enterprise, and wholesale connectivity markets.
