WINNIPEG, MB, Jan. 22, 2026 — Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (“Artis” or the “REIT”) (TSX: AX.PR.I) has announced that its trustees have declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4370625 per Series I preferred unit (“Series I Unit”) for the quarter ending January 31, 2026. These cash distributions will be paid on January 30, 2026, to Series I Unitholders who are on record as of January 30, 2026.

As of the date of this release, there are a total of 4,251,656 Series I Units that have been issued and are outstanding.
