
LOS ANGELES, March 28, 2025 – Yesterday, Tony Buzbee, the leading attorney at The Buzbee Law Firm, announced the filing of a lawsuit on behalf of his client, Brianna (“Bri”) Stern, against social media figure Andrew Tate. The lawsuit was submitted to the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. The plaintiff’s lawsuit includes allegations of sexual assault and battery and seeks a temporary restraining order to prevent Tate from contacting her.
