ATLANTA, Dec. 17, 2024 — Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) today announced the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Sail Tower. This 804,000-square-foot, prime office building in Austin, Texas, was acquired for a net purchase price of $521.8 million.
