A partnership with a real estate developer involves five projects and the construction of eight lagoons, bringing beachside living to various Egyptian locations. The first, iCity New Cairo, will be a residential complex in the nation’s capital.
On Egypt’s North Coast, significant second-home developments have been completed by [Developer Name 1], [Developer Name 2], and [Developer Name 3], featuring projects such as Caesar Bay, Azha North Lagoon, and Q North, respectively.
Furthermore, Crystal Lagoons is in advanced talks to develop several PAL® complexes, publicly accessible via ticketing, poised to transform urban living and bring beach access to Egyptian communities.
