
MANILA, Philippines, May 29, 2025 — European poultry offers a diverse selection of products that are palatable, nutritious and can be used in many ways in the kitchen. This poultry, which adheres to strict EU standards, is being introduced to Filipino consumers through the “European Poultry – From Our Farms to Your Table” campaign, an informational and promotional initiative co-funded by the European Union.
The three-year campaign in the Philippines is designed to increase understanding of the quality, safety, and sustainability of European poultry production. The European Union champions farming practices that prioritize animal welfare, environmental protection, and complete traceability – from the farm to the final product, ensuring a delicious and well-rounded meal.
The campaign’s activities target importers, distributors, food industry professionals, and discerning consumers who seek certified and responsibly sourced food.
The campaign will employ various methods, including exhibiting at industry trade shows, holding B2B meetings, collaborating with local media and influencers, running online and print branding campaigns, and organizing study tours to Europe for select regional partners.
From August 6 to 9, 2025, the campaign will participate in WOFEX (World Food Expo), the Philippines’ premier food industry event. A campaign press event is scheduled in Manila during the same period, bringing together media representatives, experts, and invited guests.
