MUSCAT, Oman, Jan. 12, 2026 — FIRAS BIN FATIK SPC, in collaboration with MAADFAM Entertainment Private Limited (MEPL), has unveiled two major development projects that are consistent with the goals of Oman Vision 2040 and the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). These projects are intended to bolster educational infrastructure, enhance the tourism sector, and foster economic diversification within the Sultanate.

The first project involves the creation of a comprehensive student housing and campus living area covering around 400 acres to support the academic environment. Built to international specifications, the district will comprise student dormitories, housing for faculty and staff, clubhouses, retail zones, and dining options. This initiative aims to improve the student experience, reinforce institutional facilities, and help build a knowledge-driven economy, aligning with the human capital and educational goals of Oman Vision 2040.

The second project outlines a vast, integrated interactive entertainment zone extending over approximately 300 acres, with MAADFAM Entertainment Private Limited serving as the partner responsible for construction and implementation. The planned venue will include flying and motion simulators, e-sports stadiums, creative workshops for students, and recreational amenities for families. It is also planned to be a versatile space suitable for film, television, and digital media production, making it a potential site for both local and international projects. This venture is structured to boost tourism, encourage youth participation, invigorate the creative industry, and draw foreign direct investment, in harmony with the aims of Oman Vision 2040 and CEPA.

Regarding the announcement, Suchit Mukherjee, Founder, MAADFAM Entertainment, stated, “MAADFAM has developed specialized knowledge in creating and operating immersive entertainment venues, such as theme parks and major technology-based attractions. This alliance allows us to develop destinations that can compete on a world stage yet are tailored to the local context, aided by Oman Vision 2040 and the opportunities arising from CEPA.”
