TORONTO, November 15, 2024 – First Capital REIT (First Capital) (TSX: FCR.UN) today declared a November cash distribution. Unitholders will receive $0.072 per REIT unit, equating to an annualized distribution of approximately $0.86 per unit. Payment is scheduled for December 16, 2024, to unitholders registered as of November 29, 2024.
