TORONTO, March 17, 2025 – First Capital REIT (TSX: FCR.UN) has announced a March cash distribution of $0.074167 per REIT unit. This equates to an annualized distribution of $0.89 per REIT unit. The distribution is scheduled to be paid on April 15, 2025, to unitholders of record as of March 31, 2025.
