GO Residential REIT’s 2026 Annual Meeting: Key Voting Results and Implications

On June 16, 2026, GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust reported the voting results from its annual meeting. All nine nominated individuals were elected as trustees. The vote percentages for each trustee were extremely high, indicating strong support. Meyer Orbach received 99.29% of the votes, Joshua Gotlib 99.33%, and Jason Farber an overwhelming 99.95%.

A resolution to re-appoint KPMG LLP as auditor passed with 99.88% of REIT Units voting in favor. This shows confidence in the auditor’s work. The resolutions regarding amending the trust declaration for Board Voting Unit consolidation also hold significance for the REIT’s future structure.
