HANGZHOU, China, Dec. 10, 2025 — Recently, Hithium’s manufacturing facility in Texas, USA, has entered the phase of mass production and delivery. Guozi Robotics provided the plant with a comprehensive, scenario-covering integrated solution for flexible production and logistics handling, fully supporting the development of Hithium’s plant-wide intelligent logistics system. Covering an area of 480,000 square feet and backed by an investment of nearly $200 million, the facility is designed to have an annual production capacity of 10GWh for battery modules and systems.

Guozi Robotics has delivered over 100 intelligent logistics robots to Hithium, including reach truck AGVs, mini stacker robots, underride lifting robots, and heavy-duty transport robots. In addition, the company supplied supporting equipment such as high-bay storage racks, electrically controlled buffer racks, overhead cranes, and automatic doors, while carrying out upgrades to enable linkage between multiple pieces of equipment.

By utilizing a multi-navigation fusion technology that combines vision and LiDAR, Guozi Robotics’ reach truck AGV can handle loads of up to 1.2 tons and lift to a height of 7 meters, while maintaining a high docking accuracy of ±10 mm at storage positions. It can automatically connect with material carts, product fixture carts, and production line machinery, executing tasks like material distribution along the production line and in-line product assembly. Moreover, the heavy-duty transport robot boasts a load capacity of 60 tons and a positioning accuracy of ±10 mm. All robots deployed in this project have obtained UL certification.

To overcome the various challenges historically faced in large-scale overseas intelligent logistics projects—such as cargo transfer complexities and engineering commissioning delays—Guozi Robotics innovatively adopted an “integrated delivery” model. The company conducted integrated debugging and testing of logistics robots, equipment, production lines, and docking systems in China, following the on-site layout plans. Once completed, the entire logistics system, along with partners’ modules, PACK production lines, and containerized prefabricated cabin production lines, was packaged and shipped as a whole to the overseas project site, ready for immediate deployment. This approach reduced the overall implementation cycle by 30% compared to similar projects, enabling rapid commissioning.

Since launching its global operations in 2016, Guozi Robotics has expanded its business to numerous countries and regions across North America, South America, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia. The company has implemented large-scale application cases in over ten industries—including e-commerce, automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, and retail—accumulating extensive experience in overseas deployments.
