Advanced Integration Enables Exceptional Broadband Experiences for Latency-Sensitive Interactive Applications

SAN JOSE, Calif., June 3, 2025 — Harmonic (NASDAQ: HLIT) has announced a collaboration with CUJO AI® to integrate its network intelligence software with Harmonic’s cOS™ virtualized broadband platform. The integration aims to improve broadband connectivity for applications sensitive to latency, like online gaming and video conferencing. According to Remko Vos, CEO of CUJO AI, this integration realizes a shared vision of adaptable, real-time connectivity that addresses the evolving needs of modern homes. He states that the collaboration with Harmonic is making ultra-low-latency broadband accessible at scale.

The solution combines Harmonic’s cOS platform, which offers Low Latency, Low Loss, Scalable throughput (L4S) capabilities, with CUJO AI’s network intelligence software running on BoostD 3.1 modems. It allows for real-time detection and prioritization of applications that are sensitive to latency. By using the Harmonic cOS platform with CUJO AI software, subscribers can enjoy a seamless, low-latency broadband experience. Operators can also benefit through reduced churn, improved retention and ARPU, and the ability to attract new subscribers with a differentiated offering.

Harmonic’s cOS core software allows operators to enable the new L4S capabilities on existing DOCSIS and fiber networks through a simple software update, eliminating the need for significant infrastructure investments. The integration of Harmonic’s cOS platform and CUJO AI also extends the benefits of L4S-ready networks to latency-sensitive applications that may not be natively L4S compatible.

Asaf Matatyaou, senior vice president, product, Broadband Business at Harmonic, said that integrating CUJO AI on the cOS platform is a step towards adaptive, self-optimizing broadband networks that enhance the subscriber experience. By using L4S technology and CUJO AI’s network intelligence software, Harmonic aims to simplify network performance enhancement for operators, allowing them to improve the subscriber experience cost-effectively through a software upgrade.

Harmonic will demonstrate the integration of CUJO AI network intelligence software on the cOS platform at ANGA COM, June 3-5 in Cologne, Germany, hall 8, stand C35. To schedule a meeting with Harmonic and see the demo, visit .
