This expansion aims to better serve the increasing demands of its global semiconductor industry clients.

The expansion of E-GRADE® unit will enhance Huntsman’s product offerings by providing ultra-pure, low-trace metal amines, including quaternary amines and amine oxides, which are crucial for manufacturing semiconductor chips. Huntsman’s focus on safety, quality, reliability, and manufacturing excellence will ensure a consistent production process, encompassing blending, purification, and packaging.
