BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 26, 2026 — IPIC Theaters, LLC (“IPIC®” or “Company”), the leading luxury dine-in theater and restaurant brand in the United States, has revealed its intention to sell its assets via a voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization filing in the Southern District of Florida (“Court”), where it will request Court authorization for the sale. The Company stated it will maintain normal business operations while the process to maximize value for all creditors is underway.

Related to the filing, the Company provided WARN notices to its entire workforce. IPIC noted that it cannot assure employment will continue after the notice period expires as part of this procedure.

“Having evaluated numerous potential options, the Company determined that a court-supervised asset sale serves the best interests of the Company and its stakeholders,” stated Patrick Quinn, Chief Executive Officer. “Our focus is on sustaining business activities with as little disruption as possible and striving to deliver the high level of service our customers anticipate from us.”

The Company expects to have adequate cash reserves to fund operations during a swift sale process and while developing its reorganization plan. “We are confident this approach represents the optimal route for the Company to maintain its leadership position in the luxury dine-in theater and restaurant sector. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved,” Quinn added.

To guarantee uninterrupted daily operations, the existing management team will stay in their roles, collaborating with the Company’s restructuring consultants. The Company has submitted “first day” motions to the Court, requesting permission to uphold its obligations to employees, guests, and partners.
