Jessica Warwick Joins Healthcare Practice Group
Jessica Warwick is now part of Johnson Pope’s Healthcare Practice Group. She will be advising hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical professionals on various regulatory and compliance issues. Her expertise includes telemedicine, the corporate practice of medicine, and adherence to Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Jessica earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Health Administration from Penn State. Her experience includes creating and negotiating management and professional services agreements, performing regulatory compliance assessments for digital health platforms, and assisting with healthcare mergers and acquisitions. Jessica is a member of the Florida Bar and is currently the Health and Wellness Chair for the Pinellas County chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Samuel C. Craig Joins Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Groups
Samuel C. Craig has become an associate at Johnson Pope, working within the Tax, Trusts & Estates, and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Sam’s practice emphasizes estate planning, tax law, and business-related issues, offering practical and strategic advice to individuals, families, and business owners.

Sam received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he worked as a research assistant, led the Business Law Society as president, and participated in the Dispute Resolution Board and Trial Team. He received awards for his oral advocacy skills, including a national mock trial championship and an invitation to join the National Order of the Barristers. He later obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida with a merit scholarship, earning multiple CALI book awards, enhancing his understanding of federal and state tax laws.

Sam is committed to assisting clients in protecting their legacies, reducing tax liabilities, and navigating intricate legal matters with clarity and attention to detail.
