Killam Apartment REIT (TSX: KMP.UN) is pleased to announce its monthly distribution for May 2025. A distribution of $0.06 per unit will be paid on June 16, 2025, to unitholders of record as of May 30, 2025.

Killam Apartment REIT has a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) in place. Eligible unitholders can reinvest their cash distributions to acquire additional units on each distribution payment date. Unitholders who participate will receive extra units equal to 3% of the reinvested distribution amount through the DRIP.
