Knightscope Gains Full FedRAMP Authorization, Opening Federal Market Access

ATO2 KSCP 1 Knightscope Achieves Full FedRAMP® Authorization, Unlocking Federal Growth

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.– (NASDAQ:KSCP) A leader in autonomous security robots and AI, Knightscope announced it received full Authority to Operate (ATO) under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®). This expands on its initial VA-sponsored ATO and allows wider use of its solutions across federal agencies.

The FedRAMP authorization confirms Knightscope’s strong security infrastructure and compliance with federal cybersecurity standards. This lets federal agencies confidently adopt Knightscope’s technology, knowing it meets high cybersecurity benchmarks.

“Full FedRAMP authorization is a major step in our mission to make the U.S. the safest country,” said Mercedes Soria, EVP, Chief Intelligence Officer/CISO, Knightscope. “This opens doors across the federal government, enabling us to provide our autonomous security capabilities to agencies protecting critical assets and facilities.”

This builds on Knightscope’s previous Department of Veterans Affairs ATO, showcasing its commitment to federal customer security and compliance needs. This achievement positions Knightscope to serve the entire federal government marketplace needing FedRAMP-authorized vendors.

With full FedRAMP authorization, Knightscope can accelerate deployments of its K5 Autonomous Security Robot (ASR) and other advanced technologies across government facilities. Federal agencies can streamline procurement by choosing Knightscope, reducing the time and complexity of acquiring federal security technology.

“This authorization is the result of our team’s years of work building secure, reliable autonomous security solutions,” said William Santana Li, Chairman and CEO of Knightscope. “Our successful FedRAMP completion further validates our technology’s readiness for mission-critical federal security.”
