HELSINKI, Feb. 13, 2025 — Kojamo plc has released its 2024 Financial Statements and Board of Directors’ Report. These statements comprise the consolidated and parent company financial statements, along with the Auditor’s Report. A separate Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2024 have also been published.

The Financial Statements adhere to European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, presented in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) and tagged with XBRL. KPMG Oy Ab, independent public accountants, have issued a reasonable assurance report on Kojamo’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.

The Financial Statements, Board of Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report are available on the company website and are attached to this release.

The company will publish its Annual Report, including the sustainability report, in week 10.
