As of May 29, 2026, the total number of issued and outstanding common voting shares of the Company fell by 231,484 to 855,378,907. The reduction in issued and outstanding shares between May 1, 2026 and this date stems from share repurchases completed under the normal course issuer bid (“NCIB”), which was partially offset by the exercise of employee stock options or the vesting of employee share units.
Normal Course Issuer Bid
Per the Company’s shareholder distribution policy, Lundin Mining has committed to allocating up to US$150 million annually for share repurchases through the NCIB program. As of this update in 2026, the Company has acquired 1,850,094 common shares at a total cost of roughly US$51 million.
